Justice for All: South Carolina and the American Civil Rights Movement is made possible by our supporters.

It began as an archival exhibit, a collaboration between the Center for Civil Rights History and Research and the University of South Carolina Libraries, which reached 5,000 people with information about the crucial but often-overlooked history of the Civil Rights Movement in South Carolina, was supported by South Carolina Humanities.

Because of its success and the importance of its content, the Civil Rights Center wanted to expand access to as many people throughout the state as possible, and with the support of Central Carolina Community Foundation and South Carolina Humanities, developed a traveling exhibit, which is now supported by Williams Energy Company.

This online exhibit builds upon both the original archival and the traveling exhibits. This project is being supported in part by a Historic Preservation Fund grant administered by the National Park Service, Department of the Interior.
